Vestar Development Co. is pleased to announce that the city of Stockton approved conceptual plans and the Environmental Impact Report for Weston Ranch Towne Center at the Planning Commission meeting on October 23, 2008 and the City Council meeting on December 2, 2008. The proposed Towne Center will be located at the northwest corner of Interstate 5 and French Camp Road. The single-story, open-air shopping center with 300,000 square feet of retail shops and restaurants will be anchored by a Walmart store unique to the Weston Ranch community. |
